28 Smuggler Grove - On the materials the owner changed the siding to
vertical instead of horizontal; before he was matching the lap siding. On the
garage the fish scales where discussed and HPC did not come to any
conclusion.
Ann and Sarah agreed that the vertical siding would be better on the project.
Jay said he doesn't have a strong feeling either way. The board agreed that
the fish scales on the garage were OK.
Aspen Institute -Wall -They want to remove a parking space and extend
the grading out to where the parking space is so that there is more space
between the parking and the wall and they will remove the guard rail.
The board felt that the proposal is much better.
AJCC -cabin relocation
Amy said it seem that the City is getting involved with the relocation. At

possibly one could be used on a but system or at the ARC.

bottom of the doors going into the the floors and we are proposing a Stanley

original doors did not have any toe kicks and we are recommending adding
them to the interior to help save the doors. The doors have been reversed
during the years and right now they only swing out.
Sara said when they do the front fagade it will be a formal application.
Jay said he feels there is no need for a kick plate.
Alison said what if the kick plate wasn't brass but a different color to protect
the wood. Connie explained that the bottom panel is very wobbly.
Sarah suggested Connie get with her restorer and come back with a plan.
