The property is zoned CC, The CC zone allows retail sales and financial institutions as permitted uses. The Planning Office feels that a pawn shop, 'in fact, is a use compatible with CC uses and recommend a finding by the Planning and Zoning Commission that this is a permitted use in the CC zone. (1 ~.
