6) Pursuant to the Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act, a
"Development Right" means any right or combination of rights
reserved by Declarant in the Declaration to add real estate; create
units, common elements, or li-mited common elements; subdivide
units or convert units into common elements; or withdraw real
estate. The entire Pro)ect is subject to the following Development
Rights: The maximum number of Units, as defined in the
Declaration and to be constructed on the land, shall be six (6). The
Units are identified as 530-A, 53,? -A and 534-A (the "Loft Units")
and 530-B, 532-B and 534-B (the "Cabin Units"). As of the date
this Condominium Afap is recorded, the existing conditions are
shown on Sheet ? of 2 labeled Existing Conditions, including three
existing historic cabins on W Land, each of which will be
renovated and relocated to lie wholly within the boundary of a
Cabin Unit. Declarant reserves for itself and acre owners of the
Cabin Units, the right to construct and locate a Cabin Building, to
be used as described in the Declaration on each Cabin Unit, and for
itself and future owners of the Loft Units, the right to construct a
single family Residential Building on each Loft Unit and, after
construction, each such Cabin Building and each such Residential
Building shall be a part of the particular Cabin Unit and the
particular Loft Unit. Declarant reserves the right to combine and
subdivide Units in accordance with Sections 6.5 and 6.6 of the
Declaration.

Of Aspen Land Use Regulations, including any preexisting
non -conforming uses.
8). Declarant reserves for itself and its assignees all of the rights
identified in the Beclaration to complete all Units, Buildings, Common
Elements and Improvements, including but not limited to, the
following temporary easement: For a period of 120 days after the
recording of the Declaration, Declarant reserves for itself and any
assignee, a temporary easement on and across the entire project )br the
purposes of storing, removing or locating any of the historic cabins
and any other improvements and ,for construction activities and
equipment. On the expiration of such 120 days, the Declarant's right
to use the temporar
