The property is legally described as Lot Q and a portion of Lot R, Block 88, City and Townsite of Aspen. It consists of approximately 3,034 sq. ft. of land. The property is zoned CC and is located in the Commercial Core Historic District. This application is being submitted by Silver Slam Commercial, LLC, a Colorado Limited Liability Company (hereinafter, "the applicant"), the owner of the property.
