UTE SCOUT CONTRACT
I hereby agree to use the services of Aspen Activities Center for an advertising space in the
Ute Scout and for the distribution of the Ute Scout.
It is agreed that this service shall cost $ ~ and that the period for this contract

Saturday Market TV/Radio Proposal
As we discussed I will be doing a new version of my television show at the
Saturday Market beginning July 19`" for 10 weeks.
We will be shooting a live 90-minute radio show, and taping (1) 30-minute
television show each Saturday for 10 weeks. We will then take the radio
program and cut it into (3) 30-minuts television shows for airing. We are
looking at over 12 airings per week, plus the live radio show, generating a
tremendous amount of coverage. (Note: Part of the daily show content will
be dedicated to interviewing our market vendors.
I am looking to the market's advertising budget to become a sponsor of the
show for $1,500.
The show, title TBD, is being sponsored by eMoo.com, a new Internet based
valley-wide company. They will be supplying the tent, and have secured our
radio and television partners, KSNO and Aspen N-19.
KSNO and Aspen N-19 will be promoting the show and the Saturday Market
on a platform of media weekly.
