Hi Kathy,
Attached is a list of the 17 non - profits that used the Mason Morse booth during the 2010
Saturday Market. To our knowledge, the set up and take down of the tent went smoothly.
Without exception, all of the groups were extremely grateful for the exposure.
We look forward to offering our booth to non - profits again next year. As a suggestion, we
feel the Hyman Avenue section of the Market would generate more pedestrian traffic if there
were more produce vendors.
Please feel free to contact me if you have questions or concerns.
Best regards,
Anne

Kathy,
I felt the Saturday market was, for the most part, a success for Little Annie's. We would like to reserve the same spaces
again for next summer.
My comments are that we incurred extra costs on those days since we had to put on early kitchen help to set up outside
and prep food inside. Also, our front of house staff was increased, both wait staff and bussers regardless if we were busy
or not. Business was erratic depending on the events and the busyness of the market. We did not always fill the inside as
well, so we may have looked busier than we actually were. We were handicapped by the fact that we had to stop
seating at 2:30ish and have everything removed by 4:00.
The slight increase in sales on Saturday for lunch did not affect the overall monthly income compared to 2009. If the city
would consider extending the mall down East Hyman we could serve outside every day.
Please feel free to contact us with any questions.
Sincerely,
Rohn Fleming
