Per our discussion. Savanah Limited Partnership (SLP) desires to eliminate the 8repit on the referenced
project for technical reasons, as follows:
1, It Is a potential tripping hazard,
2. It Is a potential maintenance nightmare;
3. Environmentally, we are better off eliminating It;
4. It Is not essential to the operation of the rink;
5. It would potentially be "In the way" in the summer.
SLP, thus requests we eliminate the firapit as an Insubstantial amendment to our Ice Rink approvals.
