I, Kevin L. Patrick, as owner of Lot 29, Block G, Moore Family P.U.D., Pitkin County,
Colorado, do hereby grant this access license into the primary free market residence on said property
conditional as follows:
1. This access license shall only extend to the tenant of the Accessory Dwelling Unit
located on said Lot 29; and
2. The tenant shall first request access to the premises; if immediate access is not
allowed, or of no one is present in the primary residence, then tenant's acess license
into the house for the sole purpose of accessing the electrical breaker box located in
the closet under the foyer steps shall be deemed effective; and
3. Tenant shall be liable for any damage to the primary residence which results from
tenants negligence or intentional acts in the exercise of this license; and
4. This access license shall be strictly construed to only allow access to and from the
electrical breaker box located in the closet beneath the foyer staircase and only for
purpose of checking, resetting or disconnecting power to the Accessory Dwelling
Unit.
Landlord shall provide Tenant with a key to the primary residence to allow Tenant to exercise this
License.
