1. THE BASIS OF BEARING FOR THIS SURVEY IS THE RECORD BEARING OF SOUTH 75
DEGREES 09 MINUTES 11 SECONDS EAST BETWEEN FOUND ORIGINAL CITY OF ASPEN
1959 BLOCK CORNER MONUMENTATION AT THE NORTHEASTERLY CORNER OF BLOCK 12 AND
THE NORTHEASTERLY CORNER OF BLOCK 17. THE FOUND CITY MONUMENT AT THE
NORTHEASTERLY CORNER OF BLOCK 12 WAS USED TO LOCATE THE PROPERTY. THE CITY
OF ASPEN - GPS CONTROL MONUMENTATION 2009 MARKERS. (GPS 20 AND GPS 21),
SHOWN AS A PROPERTY TIE ON SHEET 2 OF 7, (SITE PLAN), WERE FIELD LOCATED
AND THE BEARING BETWEEN WAS ESTABLISHED AS A 1959 CITY OF ASPEN OFFICIAL
MAP BEARING.
2. THE BASIS OF ELEVATION FOR THE CONTOURS SHOWN HEREON WAS THE COAST AND
GEODETIC SURVEY MONUMENT 0 -159, LOCATED IN THE SOUTHWESTERLY CORNER OF THE
PITKIN COUNTY COURTHOUSE YARD. THE 1960 ELEVATION FOR THIS MONUMENT IS
7906.670. THE CITY OF ASPEN GPS CONTROL MONUMENTATION, (DREXEL BARRELL &
CO.), AND THE CITY OF ASPEN -GPS CONTROL MONUMENTATION 2009, REPORTS THIS
MONUMENT TO HAVE A NOS AND A NAVD 88 ELEVATION OF 7911.98. THE CITY OF
ASPEN GPS MONUMENTATION ARE INCONSTANT IN THE REPORTING OF MONUMENT
ELEVATIONS.
3. THIS PROPERTY IS LOCATED ON THE PITKIN COUNTY, COLORADO AND INCORPORATED
