HomeMy WebLinkAboutminutes.hpc.20111026 ASPEN HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION MINUTES OF OCTOBER 26 2011 Vice -chair Ann Mullins called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. Commissioners in attendance: Nora Berko, Jay Maytin, Jamie McLeod and Willis Pember. Brian McNellis was excused. Staff present: Jim True, Special Counsel Amy Guthrie, Historic Preservation Officer Jim True announced that Jason Lasser resigned. Motion: Ann moved to approve the minutes of Oct. 12 second by Jamie. All in favor, motion carried. Nora will recuse herself on 217 E. Bleeker. Jay announced that he has a conflict on 517 and 521 E. Hyman 517 and 521 E. Hyman — Public Hearing Motion: Jamie made the motion to continue the public hearing, conceptual, demolition and design standards for 517 and 521 E. Hyman until Dec. 14 second by Nora. All in favor, motion carried. 217 E. Bleeker— Conceptual, Demolition, On -site relocation, Public Hearing Motion: Jay moved to continue the public hearing, conceptual, on -site relocation, demolition and variance of 217 E. Bleeker until Nov. 16 second by Jamie. All in favor, motion carried. 610 N. Third — Minor Development, Public Hearing Motion: Jay moved to continue the public hearing, minor development until Nov. 9 second by Jamie. All in favor , motion carried. WORK SESSIONS 217 E. BLEEKER AND 117 NEALE AVE. Jim True, Special Counsel said this is a work session and there can be no approvals and the applicant cannot rely on anything that is said by the commission as a whole or by any individual commissioner.
