Please consider this the application filed on behalf of Sam
Korn and Benton Pumpian for the condominization of the Summit Place
Condominiums.
Enclosed with this letter you will find the following
documents:
a. Consent to representation signed by Sam Korn and Benton
Pumpian,
b. Application fee made payable to the City of Aspen's
Planning Office in the amount of $300.00,
c. Proposed Condominium plat,
d. Proof of ownership.
It is the intent of the owners to seek this condominization
pursuant to the simplified process adopted by the City of Aspen in
Ordinance No. 53.
I have simultaneously delivered a copy of this letter and the
plat to Chuck Roth.
