Dear Sir:

I have reviewed your condominium plat for Aspen "A" Condominium for
zoning compliance with your recent remodel and addition. The
approved building plans indicate an existing 9.8 foot front yard •
setback to the southwest corner of the westerly unit. The new
condominium plat indicates that the building is now less than'8
feet from the front lot line.
It appears that the - building has been moved during reconstruction
of the foundation. I suggest you apply to the Aspen Board of
Adjustment for a variance, as it appears you have increased the .
non - conformity of the required front yard.
You should also indicate the required parking for each.unit on the
plat. There is currently a parking requirement amendment in the
process that reduces the number of spaces required 'to two (2) per
unit.
Unfortunately, I an leaving town for two weeks. Upon my return,
I will assist you in preparing a Board of Adjustment application.
You may also contact members of the City Planning staff for
assistance.
