MEMORANDUM - TO: Cosniac Stream Margin review file - FROM: Cindy Houben, Planner RE: Planning Commission Review /Caseload Summary DATE: July 20, 1988 The Cosniac Stream Margin Review application was reviewed by the Planning Commission on July 19, 1988. Banner Associates reviewed the impact of the proposed additions on the base flood elevation of Castle Creek and found no impact or conflict existed. They prepared the accompanying site map and elevation certification for your records. 2. Trail and pedestrian access easements were conveyed to the City when the Tagert Subdivision was approved. These easements are shown on the Banner site plan. 3. The recommendations of the Roaring Fork Greenway Plan are not inconsistent with this application. 4. No vegetation removal and no slope changes will produce erosion or sedimentation of the stream back. 5. No changes, pollution or interference with Castle Creek will result from this proposal. 6.
