DESCRIPTION: 301 West Hyman Avenue received a development order effective on May 23, 2010 to develop a
100%affordable housing project comprising 8 deed restricted for-sale affordable housing units.
The project is substantially completed and the applicant is seeking to create a condominium form
of ownership prior to receiving a certificate of occupancy and the affordable housing credits
generated by the project and approved via City Council Ordinance number 7, series of 2010.
Condomiumization is an administrative approval.
