The addition is 54 sq. feet and has been approved by the Smuggler Mobile Home Park Homeowners Association. The application is consistent with the requirements of section 7-907, insubstantial change to a PUD. I recommend that the application be approved pursuant to section 7-907 of the code which requests a Planning Director sign off. A review of the Smuggler Mobile Home Park PUD files indicate that there is no open space requirement for the parcel, Lot "C". In addition, this file does not indicate an existing FAR figure or agreement with regard to maximum FAR. The applicant should be aware that any approval must meet the dimensional requirements of the lot and will be subject to review by the Zoning Office. Approval of the above application pursuant to section 7-907 of the Aspen Land Use Code. 4--Z X: 11 f--, - i Alan Richman, Planning Director ch.scott j _ Y ASPEN/PITKIN PLANNING OFFICE 130 S.
