Galena St. Aspen, Colorado RE: LOT 6, SILVERLODE, WILLIAMS RANCH SUBDIVISION Dear Stan, The enclosed application for Insubstantial Amendment to an approved P.U.D. concerns the need of the applicant to move the existing building envelope on Lot 6, Silverlode, Williams Ranch Subdivision. The applicant would like to move the envelope 15 feet northeastward, away from Silverlode Drive, due to a site condition only discovered upon the preliminary staking of the proposed residence. When the house was staked it was discovered that the boulder retaining wall forming the embankment from Silverlode Drive encroached on the lot more than had been indicated on the survey. This has necessitated the requested amendment.
