AT THE PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING HELD MAY 23, 1974 DECISION
WAS MADE THAT BIBBIG COULD MOVE A HOUSE ON LOT 1 OF THE
SUNNY PARK SUBDIVISION PROVIDING THAT NO OWNERSHIP OR LAND
TRANSFER OCCURRED.
SHOULD MR. BIBBIG DECIDE TO CHANGE OWNERSHIP ON THE LOT
HE WILL THEN HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS .
THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT WAS NOTIFIED ON MAY 24, 1974 THAT
APPROVAL WAS GIVEN FOR MOVING THE HOUSE ONTO LOT 1 OF
SUNNY PARK SUBDIVISION PROVIDED THAT NO LAND OR OWNERSHIP
BE TRANSFERRED AT THIS TIME .

The permit which was issued to me last October, was for the
house situated at IC16 I 16 East i:ooikins Street , which I pro-
posed to move onto my existing: property at 101 l orth Park Avenue .
I ttok James Arnold , a carpenter and contractor to inspect the
East Hopkins house , and he advised me that the house was not
worth moving as the foundation was bad , and the total structure
in so precarious and fraF'ile a condition as to risk bavl.no: it
Fall apart .
Since it is still my intention to construct as per my letter and
permit , I was able to purchase another house 020 East Durant
from i att 0 !Eiock. This structure is sound , a nd in far better
condition , and is much more banuso:le than the ori.-urinal house
I had intended to move . The structure is 40 feet b 1 2S feet ,
but since my lot is 1 0 Sruane feet , this presents no problem.

1 intend to install a new bath , and to provide insulation by
applying n inch. Sheet rook over the e°Kisti_ng interio r walls .
The house will be installed or a full basement which will persit
proper installation of all ser . ice connections .
Since the only change in my proposal of last October is the
structure itself , and since the new purchase will be a inuch
more substantial building , I feel that the permit should be
transferred for this purpose , and request , ctnsiderinm time
as being most precious , that this permit be granted .

Per the attached site plan I propose to move
Victorian Style , single floor , four room dwelling onto
the premises I presently own known as 101 North Park Avenue .
I would propose to first excavate for a foundation
basement to be placed under the premises to be moved.
The objective of this proposal is to have another
single family dwelling on my pre-ex:i stingy: property which
consiots of 17 ,483. 3]sc?uar•e feet , and which presently houses
my main residence per the attached plans .
These plans would leave ample room for existing
set back stet'ltes-f'ro lt , rear, and sides , with a gceu amount
of open space between my residence and the rouse to be roved ,
which ivoold most _. i elir be used as a Earden area.
Access to the house when moved would be a drive ;ay
onto Park Avenue per the site plan dialr.ra.m.
The house to be moved is presently known as 1018
East Tiopkins Street and is o pproxim:- tely 301 by 25 ' and
will require the installation of new bathroom. This
house can easily be restored to its original beauty and will
be seen from Para Avenue. It stands on a 6416 sq. ft. lot.
Toil plan is in accordance with the proposed land
use c tai ory for Park Avenue. The proposed property will
either be used by my family or rented to perhpas a small
family , and would be no detriment to the community. The
restored appearance of this Victorian house would perhaps
even be an e_',ho.ncement to the view from Park Avenue!
