HomeMy WebLinkAboutresolution.council.120-01 RESOLUTION NO. /~(~ ~ Series of 2001 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO, ACCEPTING A BARGAIN AND SALE DEED FOR A PARCEL OF LAND IN THE WILLIAMS RANCH SUBDIVISION. WHEREAS, the developer of the Williams Ranch Subdivision was required as part of the land use approvals received from the City of Aspen to dedicate a parce! of land to the City for use as a park; and WHEREAS, the developer, Mark IV, Inc. has tendered to the City a Bargain and Sale Deed for the parcel of land and the City Council desires t6 aqgept said Parcel of land on behalf of the City of &spen. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By THE cITy COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO, that the City Council does hereby accept the Bargain and Sale Deed for the parcel described in the appended copy of the aforementioned Deed. I, Kathryn S.
