MINUTES OF JANUARY 23, 2012
Chairperson, Ann Mullins called the meeting to order at 5:07 p.m.
Commissioners in attendance: Nora Berko, Willis Pember, Jay Maytin, Jane
Hills, Jamie McLeod, Sallie Golden and Patrick Sagal.
Staff present:
Deborah Quinn, Assistant City Attorney
Amy Guthrie, Historic Preservation Officer
110 W. Main Street, Hotel Aspen — Conceptual Major Development,
Conceptual Commercial Design, Demolition, Public Amenity
Chairperson, Ann Mullins moved to reconsider the continuance of the public
hearing regarding 110 W. Main Street to February 201h and moved to
continue the item to February 13th instead. Motion second by Jay. Motion
carried 7-0.
Historic Preservation Retreat
The retreat lasted until 7:20 p.m.
Election of officers
Ann and Jay were nominated for Chair. Members voted by ballot. Ann was
elected chair by a 6-2 vote. Jamie, Jay and Patrick were nominated for
Vice-chair. The members voted by ballot. Jamie was elected with 5 votes.
Jay received 3 votes.
MOTION: Ann moved to adjourn; second by Jay. All in favor, motion
carried., Meeting adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
