Lacet Lot 5 (McCormick) is a hillside knoll lot in the approved Lacet Subdivision. The Lacet Lane street cut created a "cliff-like" street frontage on the west side of said lot. f Thus a situation was created where there is no practical possibility for the placement of a garage and driveway whereas the driveway cut, within the setback area in question, can avoid exceeding the 30-inch maximum cut from existing grade. The driveway and garage has been placed at the only location on said lot w ich lessens the impact of a "curb cut."
