With the purchase of this home, they intend to retire and live here on a permanent basis. Their decision to remodel this 20 year old structure as opposed to raising it and building new, is, to a large part, due to the severe topography of their particular lot which forced the original construction close to the street. The Miller's are requesting two features to accommodate the functionality of their home. A (2) car garage, and a porte cochere for shelter and identity at their front entryway.
