Sinc~ then-fir~t t~k county, then the city applied zoning to the parcel which made the house non-conforming in regard to setback. This created the hardship thjt we are now having. We want to turn the existing carport into a garage. Since in a way we are not extending the non-conformity by county cod~ we should be allowed the . I. permit. Since there is the possibility for inother interpretation, we are asking the Board oJ Adjustment to' allow us to turn the carport into a garage. '.
