Chapter 24. Official Code of Aspen. All persons affected by the proposed variance are invited to appear and state their views, protests or objections. Twelve corporations have offices in the build- ing. The owner of the property wishes to place a wall sign on the exterior of the building. The sign will be a registry iden- tifying the business offices. A sketch of the proposed sign is attached hereto as Exhibit "B". The proposed sign has lettering with varying sized type faces and has a total of 10.9 square feet in display surface area, which is smaller than the maximum 12 square feet permitted by City of Aspen Municipal Code Section 24-5.l0(B).
