Building Permit Application and prints or any other pertinent data
must accompany this application, and ,Jill be rnade a part of
CASE No._1-l-~()
The Board will return this application if it d02s not contain all
the facts in question.
Description of proposed exception showing justifications:
Under the present Building CQde, one space is required for
this Building Permit. However, under the newly adopted Ordinance 19.
Planning EindJZonin/3 Commission requires three parking spaces for
this Building Permit. Two of these spaces are to be on premises,
the appellant requests to purchase the third space from th~ city
owned, soon to be constructed, parking facility. The building
permit is for remodelling an existing building, and is not for
any new exterior additions. ~
