The control building site is more fully shown on the Site Plan attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference. Reference is also made to Applicant's Application before the Planning and zoning Commission of the City of Aspen for 8040 Greenline Review and a Conditional Use Permit regarding the same facilities, which was granted approval by that Board at its regular meeting held on May 8, 1978. The Applicant states as grounds for the granting of the variance that there are practical difficulties and unnecessary hardships in the way of carrying out the strict letter of the zoning laws prohibiting encroachment into establish ed view planes; that special or extraordinary circumstances apply to the subject property that do not apply to other properties in the same vicinity or zone; and that the granting of the variance will not adversely affect the general purpose of the comprehensive purpose of the general plan. permanent. .."", That the duration of the variance sought is DATED: J!Jd-Y /0 , 1978.
