Ci~:-Tr!.)Y .'.'" ">..'" DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSED EXCEPTION SHOWING JUSTIFICATIONS A preliminary plat of a 2 Lot Subdivision (in S.C.I. zone) has been filed with P and Z Commission. Computed open space in Lot 2 of proposed subdivision is lacking by approximately 500 feet, although open space requirements have been met for the entire property. There are existing structures on Lot 2, one of which is used as a garage with two vehicular entries. A strict inter- pretation of the open space requirement does not permit open space area to be calculated which is not contiguous. There is sufficient area to meet the open space requirements for each of the lots, if the open space area lying on both sides of the driveways is recognized.
