DESCRIBED BELOH:
Pursuant to the Official Code of Aspen of June 25, 1962, as amended, a
public hearing will be held in the Council Room, City Hall, Aspen, Colo-
rado, (or at such other place as the meeting may be then adjourned) to
consider an application filed with the said Board of Adjustment requesting
authority for variance fit"om the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance, Chapter
24, Official Code of Aspen. All persons affected by the proposed v~riance
are invited to appear and state their views, protests or objections. If
you cannot appear personally at such meeting, thcn you are urged to statc .
yo~views by letter, particularly if you have objection to such variance,
as the Board of Adjustment will give serious consideration to the opinions
of surrounding property owners and others affected in deciding whether to
grant or deny the request for variance.

Gentlemen:
On November 17, 1977, the Board of Adjustment granted
a variance to Mrs. Eva H. Robison permitting an existing
one family dwelling on three thousand (3,000) square feet
(Lot N). The variance was conditional upon the applicant
supplying an improvement survey of Lots N, 0 and P, and
that such improvement survey indicate both houses meet all
setback requirements. The applicant has recently obtained
an improvement survey which shows that Mrs. Robison's house,
located on Lot N, overlaps approximately one (1) foot into
Lot 0, and requests that the Board of Adjustment release the
condition regarding conformity of setback from the variance
originally granted.
For your information, I am submitting herewith copies
of the following:
1. Original application to the Board of Adjustment;
2. Names of adjoining land owners;
3. Minutes of the November 17, 1977, Board of Adjustment
meeting;
4. Improvement survey of Lots N, 0 and P, Block 24.
I would appreciate your setting a hearing date for this
request.

with the right to enter upon Lot 0 for the purpose of maintenance
and repair of said house. Upon destruction or removal of said
house this easement shall become null and void.
So long as the house, presently located on Lot Nand
encroaching approximately one (1) foot into and upon Lot 0, exists
no building or structure shall be erected, constructed or main-
tained within eleven (11) feet from the westerly line of Lot 0,
Block 24, City of Aspen for the purpose of maintaining a ten (10)
foot side yard setback.
TOG ETHER with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging, or in anywise
appertaiuing, and the reyersion and revel'sions, remainder and remainders. rents, issues and. profits thereof; and all
the esbte, right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever of the said part ies of the first part, either in law
