The City of Aspen
Aspen, Colorado 81611
Sirsl
Mr. Nicholas Lebby is planning to build
on the lot next door to our home, 302 East Hopkins
Street.
I understand that current codes require
there be a twenty-five foot setback from the lot
line on Hopkins Street. This would definitely
detract from the beauty of the Victorians between
Monarch and Mill.
Mr. Lebby is planning to erect a most
attractive building, which will be an asset to our
block. '!belse of us who are interested in main-
taining "Old Aspen" would be quite disappointed if
you should not see fit to allow him a variance se
tha t the continui ty of the block be maintained.
