Pursuant to the Official Code of Aspen of June 25, 1962, as amended, a
public hearing will te held in the Council Room, City Hall, Aspen, Colo-
rado, (or ae such other place as the meeting may be then adjourned) to
consider an application filed with the said Board of Adjustment requesting
authority for variance from the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance, Chapter
24, Official Code of Aspen. All persons affected by the proposed variance
are invited to appear and state their views, protests or objections. If
you cannot appear personally at such meeting, then you are urged to state,.
yo~views by letter, particularly if you have objection to such variance,
as the Board of Adjustment will give serious consideration to the opinions
of surrounding property ow~ers and others affected in deciding whether to
grant or deny the request for variance.

NOTICE OF CONDrTIONAL VARIANCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 17, 1974, the
Aspen Board of Adjustment did grant a variance from the
set back requirements for the following described property:
Lots Rand S of Block 52,
City and Townsite of Aspen, Colorado,
0ith a residence address of 200 West Hopkins. This variance
was granted on the application of Wylie O'H. Doughty to
construct a child's playhouse. The playhouse locaticm
violates the required street side set back requirements of
10 (ten) feet and the further requirement that no accessory
building be constructed within 10 (ten) feet from a primary
building or dwelling (Section 24-?(d)3 and 24-G(a) of the
Municipal Code of the City of Aspen, Colorado).
FURTHER NOTICE IS GIVEN that the grant of easement is
conditioned upon the use of the structure only as a play-
house and on conversion to any other use, such variance shall
lapse.
This notice is given and made of record pursuant to
direction given to me by the Board of Adjustment at the said
meeting of September 17, 1974.
