Application is made for a building permit to build a decorative wall to the
front of a business building. The existing building is non-conforming since
only .015% open space exists for the building site whereas 25% is required and
the addition of the decorative wall will reduce the existing open space to
approximately zero %.
No non-conforming structure may be enlarged or altered in a way which increases
its non-conformity.
