All persons affected by the proposed variance are invited to appear and state their views, protests or objections. Box 1066 Aspen, Colorado, 81611 February 12, 1973 The PATIO BUILDING (one below ground level .Patio-, ground level, one above ground level) was approved for construction by the Building Department in 1969. Because of financial problems, only the below ground level (Patio) could be completed. The foundation, walls and columns were engineered and stressed for the two other levels to be built later. A 25X open space requirement has been initiated since the above building commitment was made. We are not against the open space concept. Infact, we provided about 600 sAuare feet of open space per level inside the building then. This request is for an OK to finish the building as originally planned and approved by the Building Department in 1969.
