It is our understanding that the City has agreed to serve the Maddalones City water through our two-inch water line, if we approve. It is the intention of this letter to confirm a verbal agreement to allow the Maddalones to tap our two-inch water service at the point where the utility easement we have just granted to them crosses our water service.
