As grounds for this request and further pertinent information rela-
ting to this vadance. I submit the following:

Residential are. and that the proposed construction
extends to the South lot line of said lots and hence.
is an extension into the rear set-back area under the
Zoning Ordinance.

house for my own purpose a and constitutes a home occupa-
tion. a permitted uae in said district.

Permit from the Building Inspector prior to the effective
date of Ordinance NO.6. Series of 1956. said construction
having begun in 1955. That I have continued construction
as I have been able and have not been able to complete
said work due to lack of time and financial requirements.
It is necessary for me to have this to provide vegetation
and plants for my own property.

was started in good faith in compliance with the ordinances
of the City then in effect .nd with the approval of tbe
Building Inspector who issued a permit therefor. suoh
factors conatitute adequate and exceptional circumstances
and practical difficulty as would cause unnecessary
hardShip from a strict enforcement of this Ordinance.

ing property owners will be notified as required under the
