Exhibit "A"
Licensee is the owner of Lot 2, Vandemoer Lot Split according to the Plat
recorded in Book 18 at Page 96, City and Townsite of Aspen, County of Pitkin,
State of Colorado (copy of plat of Vandemoer Lot Split is attached (the "Plat")).
Alley Block 2 has never been used, and is overgrown with high-grass, weeds
and unsightly vegetation. Licensee seeks a revocable license to from the City to (a)
landscape the portions of Alley Block 2 abutting Licensee's property, (b) extend
fencing back along the property line of Licensee's property to the north border of
Alley Block 2, and (c) install perpendicular fencing connecting the aforementioned
fencing along the north edge of Alley Block 2. The plans are depicted on the
"Easement Expansion Plan" submitted herewith.
