Response
We will need to investigate, but it is our belief that there is a Slab under
the Planter. If Roof assembly needs to be replaced and reasonable cost
we will proceed. If not, we will leave the planter existing to remain. If
the planter removal proceeds we will provide applicable roof assembly
and all transition details.
This has been discussed between Rob Ittner and Justin Hahn.

We are now proposing not to make any Changes to the existing Lights
that are in place. Other than Dimmers Switches that work with LED
light bulbs.
This is the Existing lighting in the Space
Note- The Dotted Lines are not correct but the Switches are color
coded.
