This construction project is the cottage building on the corner of Hopkins and Monarch. We are just removing some internal walls that are not structural. We will have an engineer look at them before removing. There will only be light car use and that will be street parking for contractors like electricians and builders (they will be encouraged to use the Garage when possible) We are trying to contract with the Crystal Palace building for one of their parking spaces Dumpster will only be used for one day pickups. We are staging the light amount of waste in the space until dumpster is dropped off and picked up in a 24 hour permit. If we need to add a street spot with the parking department we will do that as needed for a day here or there.
