A new deck will be built to match the adjacent units and provide a more
functional deck experience. The new deck will be built prior to the removal of the
existing deck in order to maintain access to interior bathroom, haul new windows
and doors into place while minimizing traffic through Unit 21. There is no impact
on public utilities such as storm sewer, sanitary sewer or water main.

No more than 2 vehicles (trucks) will be used for the construction of the deck as
no subcontractors are expected. Off street parking is available as shown on site

Staging
All material will be brought onsite by the contractor including concrete, all
framing materials and decking. Concrete will be mixed onsite as only a ½ cubic
yard is expected to be used.
A Construction trailer will only be used for one day in order to remove the
existing deck. All other trash will be removed on a daily basis by the contractor.
Portions of the existing deck will be reused in the construction of the new deck
where possible. Deck railing, wall and some structural elements will be reused.
No hazardous materials are expected to be used.
