Letter of Authorization to Encroach on Adjacent Parcel with Construction Scope
Dear Garrett,
This letter authorizes Larkspur CG, LLC, the owner of Shadow Mountain Townhomes Condo Unit: A
to perform work on the Shadow Mountain Townhomes Condo Unit: B parcel. The scope of work that
will encroach on Unit: B includes adding a stair to an existing retaining wall that fors a boundary
between the Unit: A driveway and the Unit: B lawn. This stair will increase accessibility between the
two units. For your reference, Larkspur CG, LLC is also the owner of Unit: B.

landscape and grading peril.
