Curley Residence project is Zoned mixed R-3 residential, and is a residential home project. Heights were determined using the top most portion of the structure for roofs with a pitch less than 3:12, 1/2 distance between the eave point to the ridge on roofs with a slopes between 3:12 and 7:12 and 1/3rd distance between the eave point to the ridge on roof on roof slopes greater than 7:12 per Land Use Code 26.575.020 Section F. Said measurements were taken on August 2d, November 5', 7`h and 20'` of 2018. All horizontal measurements are based on seven found survey monuments on the southwesterly boundary of Maple Lane. All Vertical measurements are based on an elevation of 7931.0' on the found #5 rebar and 1.25" plastic cap P.L.S. 37972 monumenting the Southwesterly boundary coiner of Lot 108, as shown on the survey by Rocky Mountain Surveying, with a job #14554 dated November, 2016, and attached as part of the Permit Submittal.
