Item One: Provide Cut Sheets for light fixtures that includes maximum wattage Response: Cut Sheets Attached. Item Two: One-hour rated fire resistant floor ceiling to be provided/maintained. Provide detail for assembly and indicate whether lighting, ventilation, etc. is to be part of a drop ceiling or how these penetrations are to be protected. Response: One hour rated floor/ceiling shall be provided per UL #263 as noted on Drawing A-2, Reflected Ceiling Plan throughout entire space. Drop Ceilings shall be located below rated ceiling. All light fixtures recessed in Gypsum Board shall be rated per lighting fixture schedule. All additional lighting shall be located in drop ceiling beneath rated gypsum board ceiling. All exhaust fan and ductwork shall be installed below existing gypsum board ceiling to maintain rating per Keyed Note 4 on drawing M-2. Item Three: Toilet Room 117, front approach, pull side of door requires 18” min. maneuvering clearance. Response: Door size reduced to 32” minimum. Clearance provided. Response: Door sizes reduced to 32” minimum. Clearance provided. Please see dimension on attached A-1 and Revised Door schedule A-4. Item Five: Lab119, front approach, pull side of door requires 18” min. maneuvering clearance. Response: Door sizes reduced to 32” minimum. Clearance provided. Please see dimension on attached A-1 and Revised Door schedule A-4. Item Six: Accessible sale/service counter to be provided. Response: Accessible sale/service counter provided. Please see clarifications on A-1 and A-3. Item Seven: Each individually enclosed area is required to have at least one manual control for the lighting serving that area. Each area with a manual control shall allow the occupant to reduce the lighting load by at least 50%. Provide additional plan notes to illustrate how you comply with these two provisions. Response: This requirement does not apply given exceptions per COM Check, please see updated COM Check attached.
