Zoning Comment: Openings, door and doorways without doors more than 24” in depth shall provide a clear opening width of 36” Response: Doorway clear opening is 2’-8” for depth of wall. Depth of wall is 8” +/- depending on wall construction. Plan shows cabinet to the left of the opening on the plan. The cabinet can be shifted to allow for 36” clear as it is not fixed. Also, plans show moveable unit with countertops which overhang unit. 2. Zoning Comment: Because of the way the service counter is rounded, the full depth is only provided for 25”. Needs to be revised so that the full depth provided is 36” Response: Curve reduced per plan attached. Over 36” provided.
