Aspen, CO 81611. 2.0 Location 2.2 We completed Phase 1 of the remodel in July 2018 on the areas that did not require a permit. In Phase 2 we will complete the interior remodel which includes the demolition of an existing bathroom and the adding of a new one. 3.0 Project Documentation 3.4 Contacts Owner: Conner Searcy, 214.686.0440 Contractor: Trevor Everett, 970.274.6465 Site Supervisor: David Dieter, 970.456.2524 4.0 Project Implementation 4.1 Dates of Construction, August 21, 2018 – December 21, 2018 4.2 Hours of construction shall be 8am to 5pm 4.3 August 2018, demolition begins. September 2018, the rebuild begins. 5.0 Site and Right of Way 5.3 The parking spaces; there are 5 spots at the bottom of the driveway, with an adjacent lot that can hold 15 to 20 trucks. 5.4 The staging areas shall be; in front of garage, in garage and lower patio. 5.6 The site supervisor’s office will be in the main house garage, along with job materials and tool storage containers. A portable restroom will be located at the bottom of the main house driveway.
