Spring Street, Suite 201 Aspen, CO 81611 (c) Ryan 970.274.1421 & Matthew 970.618.1645 (w) www.thunderbowlarchitects.com Scope of Work- This Change Order has the following components associated with it: Sheet A-101: -Interior wall located between gridlines 3.5 and 4, and gridlines B and C has been added 12BBB inches to the South of existing partition. Sheet A-102: -Interior kitchen window 10 located between gridlines 4 and 5, and on gridline B has shifted to the south 2’’ feet 6 inches. -Interior kitchen wall located between gridlines 3.5 and 4, and gridlines B and D has been added, entire kitchen has shifted 16B inches to the South. -Doors in Mud Room closet located between gridlines 2 and 3, and gridlines C and D have been removed. -Stairs in garage located between gridlines 1.5 and 3, and gridlines A.75 and B have been altered to be a straight run stair, and adjacent partial height wall has been added. -Directional swing for interior door 112 leading from garage to mud room has been flipped. -Dining room built-in framing located between gridlines 3.5 and 4.5, and gridlines E and E.5 has been adjusted. -Dining room built-in framing located between gridlines 3.5 and 4.5, and gridlines F and G has been adjusted and a full-height wall separating the living room and dining room has bee added. -Dining room slider door 105 size has been adjusted. -Interior wall located in powder room on gridline 3 between gridlines F and G has been added 12 inches from existing partition. -Fireplace surround located in living room between gridlines 3 and 4, and gridlines G and H has been adjusted. -Finish floor elevations of both living room and exterior covered patio have been revised to show existing site conditions. -Step has been added to bottom of spa area south of gridline 6 located on gridline G. Sheet A-103: -Window 32 between gridlines 1.5 and 2 and on gridline A.75 has been adjusted to fit existing opening. -Interior corner wall condition has been added to her closet between gridlines 1.5 and 2, and gridlines D and E. -Master bedroom fireplace surround framing between gridlines 3 and 4, and gridlines E.5 and F has been adjusted. - Size of master bath sliding doors and individual window unit has been adjusted, rough opening matches existing. -Closet in bedroom 4 between gridlines 4.5 and 5, and gridlines B and C has been revised. Sheet A-201: -Living room top of finish floor elevation markers have been revised to reflect site conditions. Sheet A-202: -Living room top of finish floor elevation marker has been revised -Drawing 2 West elevation, size of window 32 between gridlines 1.5 and 2 has been revised. -Drawing 2 West elevation, location of window 10 between gridlines 4 and 5 has been revised. 10/31/2018 1419 Crystal Lake Change Order #2 (a) 300 S. Sheet A-501: -Drawing F-2 has been updated to reflect proposed floor build-up. Sheet A-701: -New lighting layout Sheet A-702: -New lighting layout.
