Ok
All of the exterior equipment will be located on the
roof. This includes condensing units and air handlers
that will all be under 6' including pad. This equipment
will be screened as necessary. Spec sheets of this
equipment has been included.

This does not appear to be the
right amount of exposed wall.
Please see Sheet A-202. I
have preformed an area
measurement based on the
height of the space shown in
the sections. The resultant
area is closer to 20sq. ft rather

We have updated the lower level wall calcs to match
the sections and elevations.
These stairs will only be stones set in earth
and will therefore not be structured and therefore would
not count towards FAR
This is shown on Z001 but we have also included it on Z005
