F-58'-11 15/16"Response 2-19-18
please see the revised building permit submittal
with the included drawings.
Response 2-19-18
The patio is flush to the inside floor. Wall K has been revised to show that there is no exposed wall
Response 2-19-18
The dimension to the framing members of the floor is 10'-4 7/8". There is a drop ceiling to run the
mechanical ducts, plumbing, and electrical. We measured to the higher elevation of the structure.
Response 2-19-18
The building sections show the floor framing and the furr down ceiling as one grey hatch. Please
see the wall section 1 / A5.5. This section shows the furred down ceiling below the structural
framing. Refer to M.2.001 for the Mechanical duct runs.
Response 2-19-18
the patio is flush to the inside floor. Wall M has been revised to show grade higher. There is still no
exposed wall.
Response 2-19-18
Wall J has been revised to to increase exposed wall area to 81.5. See summary below.
Response 2-19-18
revised basement wall area calculation.
Wall H no change
Wall K revised to show a 10 sf reduction of exposed wall area.
Wall J has been revised to to increase exposed wall area to 81.5
Wall M no change in area. Grade was raised for flush patio to floor condition.
total wall area 2618. exposed wall area 143.5sf. = 5.4% of basement counts. (down from
5.6%) the basement area on sheet Z-009 has been revised to show the area to be 4590sf.
