Response 1-17-18 Fire area has been corrected as directed Response 1-17-19 electrical panel is shown on Sheet M.2.001 next to door into laundry room. A note was added to the architectural sheet A2.0 Response 1-17-18 Section R311 deals with egress from the dwelling unit. This is a storage room for the lawn mower and the snow blower. If the door swings in, it would limit the amount of room for storage. We are also trying to keep the wood framing up off grade. There is an egress door from the house that complies with this section as outlined in section R311.2.
