RESPONSE TO ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT QUESTIONS
PERMIT: 0014.2018.ARBK_1310 Red Butte Dr.
1. The steps leading to the bridge are to remain “as is”.
2. There is no change to the abutments or elevation of the bridge, therefore no impact to base
flood elevation. See Attached No Rise letter from Roaring Fork Engineering.
3. All repair work to the bridge is “by hand”. All tools involved will be hand tools. All
materials will be prefabricated off site and sized such that all pieces can be carried to the
bridge by workers. There is no existing access or need for equipment.
4. The bridge area was included in the approved stream margin review for the house. See
attached .
