restrict the passage of a 4"
sphere (including the gap

decking) - IRC 312.1.3, and is
required to be 36" tall per IRC
312.1.2. Dimension both these
items to show code compliance.

to the existing foundation.

will be anchored to the existing
foundation to resist flotation,
collapse or permanent lateral
movement due to structural
loads and stresses from flooding
- IRC 322.1.2. Provide
calculations or a letter stamped
by a professional engineer that
shows how you've calculated
these flood event forces and
showing that the new structural
connections will withstand these
forces.
