A sand oil separator has been added just
after the inlet collecting the auto-court
drainage and is also shown on the storm
drain profile on sheet C.1.08
Additional spot elevations have been added to the new
structure and the surrounding existing grade to show positive
drainage.
Additional spot elevation have been added below the existing
downspouts and the surrounding existing grade to show
flows will reach the inlets.
The sewer service crossing has been shown on the western
storm system pipe profile on sheet C.1.08.
The depth of the two 6' dia. drywells has been reduced to
10'. An additional 10' deep, 4' dia. drywell has been added to
make up for the lost storage. The contractor has confirmed
he will use trench boxes for this excavation to minimize
disturbance. The drywells have also been moved to the open
area under the old driveway.

The drywells have been moved away from the sanitary sewer
service line.
Roto Rooter conducted a field investigation and TV'ed the
downspouts on the back of the building. The lines run around
the east side of the structure. The depth of the downspouts
just south of the 15' top of bank set back is 4.5' deep.
The drywells and the pipes connecting them have been
moved out from under the drip lines. The drywells connection
pipes have also been made more shallow to reduce
disturbance.
