Based on the minimal impacts of this addition to the existing site, and the owner's plan for the new patios and driveway to be pervious paving systems, the existing drainage patterns on the site will remain intact. No proposed grading alterations will have any additional negative impacts on the neighboring residences or the watershed, and runoff will decrease from the existing conditions given the decrease in impervious area. For reference to the grading of the site, See the Architectural Site Plan Sheet A-2.1. if you have any questions, feel free to call or email us regarding the project.
